The annual disbursement of a rebate incentive to individual authorized participants calculated on the pre-tax net sales of the properly registered forms of payment will be in the form of a cash rebate, payable by check at the collective sales rebate of 2% each rebate period for participants whose net sales exceed $10,000. The Home Depot annual disbursement of the rebate incentives to participants based upon their registered accounts will be completed no later than sixty (60) days after the end of each rebate period [July 1 through June 30].
