Rebate Terms: CORE will pay each Independent Contractor 2% on its total annual Volume spend based on the applicable Annual Allowance Period, pursuant to the terms below. All purchases will be tracked for Independent Contractor only after they have signed up for program, and will be based on what Lowe’s has determined are qualifying purchases when they report spending back to CORE Group.
Annual Volume Allowance Period (When Contractor is Eligible to Earn Rebates): Annual Purchases are for a calendar year starting January 1st and ending December 31st.
Payment: The 2% Rebate Volume Allowance will be paid by CORE Group to each individual Independent Contractor approximately 150 days after the end of each Annual Allowance Period.
Eligibility Rebate Incentives – Please Read: Qualifying Purchases are purchases made in a Lowe’s store or on LowesForPros.com, less any taxes, fees and returns. Qualifying Purchases exclude gift cards and purchases from any Lowe’s affiliates. Qualifying Purchases will only be tracked and eligible for a Supplier Fee if (1) CORE contractor has completed the LowesForPros registration requirements, and (2) CORE contractor utilizes an acceptable form of tender that CORE has registered under CORE’s specific profile on the. LowesForPros website (“Registered Tender”).
-It is the sole responsibility of the CORE contractor to register and maintain ALL forms of tender (credit and debit cards).
-Products and services that are eligible to count towards Qualifying Purchases are subject to change from time to time at Lowe’s discretion.
-Registration and eligibility require CORE contractor to register on LowesForPros.com website and to register all applicable forms of tender that CORE contractor will utilize for Qualifying Purchases.
-To be eligible for Supplier Fee, CORE contractor must be in good credit standing. Accounts in “credit hold,” “collection,” or “closed” status preclude payment of the Supplier Fee.
Revenue Requirements & Restrictions: In order for your organization to be eligible to receive annual rebates/cash back from CORE, the collective CORE Group Contractor Network (total spend among all CORE affiliated companies) must be at least $500,000. Revenues shall not include charges for delivery, fuel, taxes, labor or any other miscellaneous fees.
